All on the proviso that a certain something is incorporated.
For example, a human statue, a visitors book or a cloakroom tag…
The plan is for a pilot issue of ‘Proviso Being:’ to be created with invited writers and artists. Then, once the format has been established, submissions will open for the next issue and a new proviso prompt will be given.
